For a Kraków-based real estate company, we have secured financing through a bond issuance worth PLN 13 million.
This private debt transaction aimed to secure the developer’s land for its future residential investments, and acquiring land is one of the first stages of the entire investment process.
“The transaction confirms that raising financing through bond issuance can be an alternative to typical bank lending,” said Jerzy Kasprzak, Vice President of Q Securities.
According to a recent report by PwC and Strategy&, the value of the private debt market in Poland could grow to nearly PLN 17 billion by 2030. This presents an opportunity for entities seeking alternative financing sources beyond traditional banks.
We would like to thank Matczuk Suchta Dylak Law Firm for their legal support on the transaction.
