This private debt transaction aimed to secure the developer\u2019s land for its future residential investments, and acquiring land is one of the first stages of the entire investment process.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe transaction confirms that raising financing through bond issuance can be an alternative to typical bank lending,\u201d said Jerzy Kasprzak, Vice President of Q Securities.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to a recent report by PwC and Strategy&, the value of the private debt market in Poland could grow to nearly PLN 17 billion by 2030. This presents an opportunity for entities seeking alternative financing sources beyond traditional banks.<\/span><\/p>\n
